THE ADAPTING PENGUIN
Using varying techniques and media, this project aimed to model an animal in four different functions: an encyclopedic illustration, a corporate logo, a gesture illustration, and a transformative storybook illustration.

These iterations pertain to the corporate logo. They were all done with tracing paper and a Sharpie. The chosen logo was modified and vectorized.
These iterations are varying concepts for the storybook transformation. The sketch was an expansion of the wobble toy idea, and was ultimately chosen to be modified and vectorized.
These gesture iterations were made with varying media, both wet and dry. The chosen gesture was created with a bamboo brush.
